Change of Mind Returns
Please take care in making your order, as we do not accept change of mind returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Item Received
We accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:
- The product/s delivered are different to the product/s you ordered.
- The product/s delivered to you are faulty or in a damaged condition.
If you wish to return product/s please contact IsthmAus within 30 days of receipt to request a return. Please provide us with a valid reason for your return and attach photos to support your request, including the situation in which the product was used.
If we require you to return your product/s for exchange, closer inspection or repair, please do so within 14 days of our indication that we require the product/s to be returned. The buyer pays all return freight costs.
Products returned must be in unused, saleable condition. We will refund the full value of the items ordered to your original payment method or supply replacement product/s. Freight charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered for printed items, as weather, wind and location that may damage printed products are beyond our control and are excluded from warranty, as too is damage to any product/s caused by not following the installation and use guidelines supplied with your product/s.
